Emilia Ochavillo was born and raised in The Phillipines. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Medical Technology at the University of Luzon, Philippines. She is also a mother, a wife, a daughter and a friend!

Tay came to Guam back in 2019 and absolutely fell in love with the island. In doing so, she decided to make the island her new home.

Brandon Burns is originally from sunny Southern California where he graduated from San Jacinto High School. After graduation Brandon enlisted in the United States Air Force as an active-duty Fire Protection Specialist. Upon completing Basic Military Training, he went on to train at the Goodfellow AFB Fire Academy and became a distinguished firefighter graduate. He then proceeded to serve four years at Minot AFB, North Dakota. After his tour in North Dakota he was stationed at Osan AFB, Republic of Korea before finally arriving to Guam. Once he arrived, he instantly fell in love with the weather and the culture and made the decision this is where he wanted to settle.
Brandon embodies the style and culture the Air Force has instilled in him which is why he stands behind the Air Force core values: “Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in All We Do.” Organization and attention to detail are traits that he strictly practices daily. He has also learned throughout his firefighting career how important it is to be safe and that is why he calls upon on his extensive knowledge with fire codes and fire safety during home inspections.
