Debbie Sharp is a veteran REALTOR®, with more than fourteen years in the industry, and has experience both in Texas and here on Guam. Andrew Lewis first came to Guam from Texas in the medical sales field representing McCall International Medical to the U.S. Military on Guam and Okinawa. Andrew, or “Drew,” has always been deeply interested in the business of Real Estate and chose to enter the field in 2015, seeing the enormous potential for investment and growth in the Guam Real Estate Market.
Drew has been privileged to have a wide range of professional experiences, from international travel to engaging careers in high level sales, bartending, and political campaign management. He has a passion for persuasive, creative advertising, and he is excited to bring those skills to your commercial or residential listing.

Tony Villena is no stranger to the Guam community, being born and raised on Guam, and graduating from Father Duenas Memorial School. He spent the past few years in Hawaii attaining his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a Master's Degree in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University. He recently moved home to explore his opportunities in Real Estate and most importantly to be among his family and friends.

GAIL MANUEL earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. Shino Thomas is a resident of Guam who moved to the island in 2011 from South Carolina. He lives with his wife and two sons. He has been a REALTOR® since 2005 and has been a project manager for the Marianas Coating Company since 2018. Shino loves to play soccer and cricket, but his passion is farming and fishing.
Woo "Moochi" Kim has lived all over the world. Born in South Korea, raised in Guam, lived in California and 'semi-retired' for a few years in Costa Rica. He is no stranger to different cultures, languages and lifestyles. Moochi is fluent in English, Korean and Spanish.
But he always considered Guam his home.
Moochi attended St. Anthony's Middle School in Tamuning, then a few years at Father Duenas Memorial High School before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area.There, he finished high school and obtained his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
Moochi is an athlete and a competitor by nature, having played for his school's basketball and football teams. He also enjoys individual sports such as mountain biking and surfing. Anthony Cruz is a local resident of Guam, a graduate of Father Duenas Memorial School, and a Jiu Jitsu brown belt. But Dino hasn’t always lived on Guam. Following high school, he attended Chaminade University in Hawaii for two years before transferring to University of San Diego where he completed his degree in Business Administration. He returned to Guam after college to work before meeting his wife and moving to Hong Kong where he worked for 7 years in the competitive Hong Kong commercial real estate market.
Having recently returned to Guam, Dino brings both a depth of knowledge of the island and over 20 years of world-wide experience in a variety of industries, including Real Estate, Business Management, Aviation, and Hospitality.

Emilia Ochavillo was born and raised in The Phillipines. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Medical Technology at the University of Luzon, Philippines. She is also a mother, a wife, a daughter and a friend!
For 20 years, she has worked full time and has dedicated her entire life to working hard and achieving her goals. She eventually became a Food and Beverage Restaurant Manager in Guam Dai Ichi Hotel while being a full time mother to her 4 children.
She and her husband, Richard, made sure their children lived and grew up in a loving, healthy and safe home. They sacrificed everything so their children could go to school and get college degrees in the Philippines. Truly, setting a good example to their children, sacrificing and providing for them have paid off, because their children are professionals in their own fields as well today.
Now, many years later, after putting her career aside to cater to her 4 children, she is back to fulfill another goal in being a Real Estate Agent.

Tay came to Guam back in 2019 and absolutely fell in love with the island. In doing so, she decided to make the island her new home.

Tay is knowledgeable in Civil Engineering, Chemistry and English; all academics that she studied and excelled in through the German education system. While completing her education, Tay became fluent in the German language. Her diversity does not stop there. Tay is also intelligible in the Thai language being that Thai is her mother's heredity.

Sarah was Born and raised in the Philippines. She arrived in Guam from the Big Island, Hawaii in the summer of 2021. Sarah had no problem adjusting to her new life in Guam and welcomed the opportunities that came with it.

Born in the Philippines, Gracia Rebujio relocated on Guam in 2009 with her family. She graduated from Guam Community College with an associate's degree in both hotel management and food and beverage management. With her devotion, hard work, and enthusiasm for helping people, Gracia was able to secure a job as a banquet supervisor at the Onward Beach Resort at an early age.
Gracia, who comes from a line of construction workers, recently entered the real estate profession with the intention of one day starting a family business of her own. Since Gracia firmly believed that "Good things come to those who deserve them," she always give her 100% effort on every tasks that comes her way. She makes an effort to put herself in other people's shoes in order to better understand her customers' needs and also to meet and exceed their expectations.
Gracia enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her baby girl named Beige. She likes to relax at the beach and listen to her favorite music while she watches the sun set. Gracia fell in love with Guam's natural beauty and its friendly people, to which Guam became her home. Carlo Guanlao was born and raised on Guam. Filipino by blood but localized by heart. He has been a people person since he was in elementary school. His mother told him stories, how people would always run up to him screaming his name and saying hello! He naturally had a lot of friends from different age groups. So networking came easy. Also, work ethic was something he learned from his father who is in the construction business.
His hobby before was fitness and the dream of becoming Mr. Olympia. Unfortunately, his dreams changed during senior year of high school. Focusing on business was his cup of tea! Sales was an industry he dove into from online digital marketing, hemp oil, creating clothes, car sales and now real estate. With the help of Shivrani inspiring him back in 2021 it got him to go for it!
